A doula is a skilled birth professional who provides continuous, non-medical labor support to mothers for any kind of birth. Hospital or home birth, medicated or unmedicated, vaginal or C-section delivery. If you can dream it, I support it

  • Birth doula fee: I am providing my services on a sliding scale while I obtain the birth attendance needed to finish my certification. My services are reimbursable if you have an HSA (health savings account)

What’s included?

  • Two prenatal in-person visits, to provide support, knowledge, referrals, and resources such as birth plans
  •  Phone, text and/or email support during pregnancy and postpartum
  • 24/7 on-call services at your home or hospital for the entirety the birth. I provide physical, emotional, and informational support to help you have the birth you desire
  • Breastfeeding support immediately postpartum
  • One postpartum visit within 2-10 days to review the birth, answer new mom and baby questions, and provide breastfeeding support as needed

As a doula I support all families, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, religion, age, or ability.

“In this way, every birth is a natural birth: each of us is part of nature, not separate from it, and nature is always stunning in its variety. Your birth, then, is part of the natural world, however it unfolds.” — Lauralyn Curtis
